PRR expanded to the east coast in 2003 and opened an office in Arlington, VA in response to a growth in federal contracts. We moved the office to the District of Columbia in 2008. At that time, our work focused on marketing and communications contracts with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), and the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (MWCOG), which continue to this day. We now bring integrated communications solutions to clients across the Mid-Atlantic in DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland encompassing community engagement and stakeholder outreach, DEI, language services, graphic and website design, and public opinion research on high-profile planning and infrastructure projects.
