Communications Specialist
As a communications specialist, I work with clients and my team to create and execute communication strategies and materials that help achieve the client’s goals. I love working for an organization that prioritizes diversity and inclusion, building genuine connections through community and collaboration and getting the opportunity to work with mission-driven clients. In my spare time, I enjoy staying active, spending time with my dog Shadow and learning more about real estate and interior design.

An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
