Community Engagement

I provide effective community engagement strategy, planning, and execution for clients. I look to be dynamic in my role through conducting research, facilitating project management, and developing lasting impact so that the mission of PRR and its clients can operate as efficiently as possible. I love the opportunity to take on many different projects and learn about the breadth of topics covered across PRR’s focus areas. I am active in Seattle’s yoga scene when I am not working at PRR. You can find me working behind the desk or taking classes across the city. In my free time, I also provide support to the Lopez Community Land Trust on Lopez Island, Washington, since sustainable, affordable housing is one of my primary areas of interest.

Vision statement of anti-racism.

An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This  includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
