Community Engagement Specialist
Maryland
I help our clients strategize how to best engage with various communities. For MDOT-MTA, I'm specifically focused on helping build connections with youth-aged residents. These are big and complicated tasks, and I'm appreciative of the support and guidance of my PRR team along the way. Outside of client work, I recently served as the Vice-Chair of Programming for Baltimore Young Professionals in Transportation, and have supported thousands of Maryland students over the past 10 years in various roles including teacher, mentor, and friend. I’m big on fitness, so some of my favorite activities include working out and running. I’m also a big fan of podcasts and audiobooks, so I typically have something playing while I am resting.
People are at the heart of our work, and we have some really great people.
We help our clients change the world for the better. Interested in joining the team?
An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
