I help our clients connect with and gather information from the communities affected by projects and planning efforts. Working for PRR allows me to support and engage my community on a human level and the opportunity to build bridges between our clients and our community every day! I believe that the work we do in supporting our clients is bettering the lives of everyone. Prior to the pandemic, I dedicated a portion of my time to volunteering in the Capitol Hill neighborhood with various organizations providing outreach services to homeless adults in the area. In my free time, I enjoy building Legos, watching anime, and spending time with my loved ones!

An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
