At PRR I spend my time working on transportation projects big and small! Whether it’s managing construction communications for an entire light rail extension or keeping folks informed about a new roundabout coming to their neighborhood, I am passionate about helping every community engage with their built environment! I recognize that construction can be a loud, frustrating, and inconvenient part of progress and my goal is to help people and communities feel heard and considered throughout the entire lifecycle of transportation and infrastructure projects. Some of my favorite work I’ve done at PRR includes giving out thirty portable air-conditioning units to residents disproportionately impacted by a nearby construction site and developing a youth construction safety campaign that ran in six different languages. Outside of my work, you can find me skiing, climbing, or trail running in the Cascades, backpacking with my Aussie Shepherd, Douglas, or fixing up my 100-year-old house!
People are at the heart of our work, and we have some really great people.

An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
