Associate Director, Accounting
I support and lead the financial and project accounting teams at PRR, drawing upon my background in business, team development, and organizational scalability. Previously, I led a mission-driven organization whose values resonate so deeply with those of PRR, it feels like a natural home for me. Outside of work I’m a business coach for a non-profit that supports underserved entrepreneurs, particularly women, people of color, and those from low-income backgrounds. I’m also an avid half-marathoner, amateur photographer, and enjoy crafting the perfect fruit smoothie.

An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
