Community Engagement Specialist
I partner with my clients to strategically plan and execute communications and meaningful engagement for large infrastructure projects and mega-programs. Anything from tunnel boring to bridge demolition. As a generalist at heart, I get to use a broad skill set in both soft and technical skills in my work at PRR, and I’m constantly learning. Personally, I care a lot about encouraging people to participate in local government. I once helped more than 750 people register to vote in one primary season. When I’m not at work, you can find me searching for the best places to eat in south/west Seattle, tending to my garden, and going on adventures with my partner, Mik, and my dog, Korra.
People are at the heart of our work, and we have some really great people.
We help our clients change the world for the better. Interested in joining the team?
An anti-racist PRR dismantles systems of advantage based on race when and wherever possible. We engage staff of all racial identities in dismantling white supremacy culture at work. This includes personal ideologies, beliefs, and behaviors. And, it includes removing white supremacy culture from the systems, cultural messages, institutional policies, procedures, and practices that PRR and our staff interact with and inform. We believe it is not enough to be “not racist.” We must be “anti-racist.”
